In 2018, Box1824 developed a study for one of the biggest fuel distribution companies in Brazil : Ipiranga.
The study was focused on truck drivers and their needs -- that touch not only the road sphere, but also their lives.
After talking to those behind the steering wheels and coming up with many insights, the question was "How can Ipiranga create a warm home-like atmosphere, for the truck drivers to feel welcome at their resting stop?" 

It is common that the resting stops, spread along the road, focus mainly on the tourists - providing a nice resting area, parking lot and even food designated mostly to families or people on a trip. The truck drivers are usually forgotten. Yes, they are working. But yes, they need a comfy space to rest a bit - maybe sleep for a couple hours, take a shower or even get a hair cut!

From the question above, Box1824 came up with a few suggestions that would benefit both the driver and Ipiranga.
